Privacy policy - GDPR - information on the collection of personal data

on May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (commonly referred to as the ``RODO")

Providing us with your personal data is voluntary, but in most cases necessary for the provision of the service.
Purpose of personal data processing and the basis for processing:
a) possible purposes of personal data processing: providing information on real estate, service provision, direct marketing of own services;
b) the basis for the processing of personal data may be the necessity to process data:
- before concluding a contract or performing a contract to which you are a party, e.g. your personal data that you provide when contacting us by phone, e-mail or using the form on the website (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number, name or surname) we need them to contact you and answer your inquiries;
- for purposes resulting from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator. This basis for data processing applies to cases where their processing is justified due to our justified needs, e.g. we provide you with information about the property acting only on behalf of the entity submitting the property, which includes, among others, the need to ensure the security of the service, performance of the contract.

Processing period.
Your data will be stored for no longer than it is necessary:
a) in the case of contact by e-mail, via the contact form or by phone, your data will be processed until there is a basis for their processing, if the basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator - until this legitimate interest exists,
b) in the case of the necessity to process personal data for the performance of the contract - for a period equal to the period of contract performance and the period of limitation of claims under the contract or equal to the period of storage of documentation related to the performance of the contract required by generally applicable law - depending on which of these periods is longer .

Provision of personal data, categories of recipients.
